You know how important dental x-rays are to the continuing health of your mouth. Traditionally, though, x-rays have mainly been a tool for discovering damage or decay when it has developed into a problem. We don’t think that is good enough. We use digital x-ray equipment for every diagnostic encounter because digital x-rays give a brighter, clearer, panoramic image of your mouth. With a digital x-ray, we take a picture of your teeth, and immediately, you see it on a computer monitor. This large image lets us get a better picture of your oral health, allowing for earlier treatment. Many of our patients are amazed by what they see!

Digital x-rays are also good for all of us – and for the environment. They significantly decrease the exposure time to radiation and don’t use photo chemicals and traditional film so there is no environmental waste.
